Great 6 weeks or so using Fit Food Kitchen meal plans during a particularly busy few months in work. Meals are delicious and so much choice. Definitely would recommend.

Delicious food just the right portion size. has definitely helped me to keep a healthy balanced diet. Best value for money I have seen for meal preps! Staff are the best, so friendly and always remember you when you visit! Cant recommend this place enough!
