Came here for my mums birthday and won't be coming again. Given a very bland plate of food with prawns that had a soft jelly-like centre. I explained this to the manager who rudely responded by saying "ok". That was all until I pushed for more dialect. I was told the prawns were frozen and thats just how they are. No apology, no offer of an alternative or refund. Very blunt and extremely rude. Left feeling nauseous and disrespected. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We always have the most delightful dining experience at Fitou's Thai Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, Eiaz and Akib made us feel like cherished guests with their warm smiles and attentive service. The food was absolutely incredible—authentic flavors, beautifully presented, and every dish bursting with freshness. Eiaz and Akib went above and beyond to ensure our meal was perfect, making thoughtful recommendations and checking in to make sure we were happy. If you're looking for a cozy spot with mouthwatering Thai cuisine and top-notch service, Fitou's is the place to be. Thank you, Eiaz and Akib.
