The Restaurant was a great place for food but fairly empty when my partner and I were there. We started with a selection of breads with butter, oil and balsamic and olive tapernade. All was really tasty and it set us on the way for a really nice meal. My partner got cod croquettes which were delicious to quote herself. The best part of my experience was the pork belly! It was divine - the pork was so tender and sweet but the salad was so crisp and sour that it cleansed the palate and allowed you to enjoy the pork again! I got a steak (medium rare) with peppercorn sauce and chips for my main, while my partner got the chicken with pancetta, potatoes and vegetables. Both were delicious and were really enjoyable. We finished the meal with a dark chocolate mousse and a amalfi lemon posset which were great! Ahmed our server was brilliant and would highly recommend.
