W Polsce nie ma tej sieciowki, wstąpiliśmy na szejka, klimat rewelacyjny, obsługa niemiecka mająca akcent i manierę amerykańską, ten swobodny styl komunikacji....zamówiliśmy szejka, dużo pytań aby spersonalizować nasz wyjątkowy napój Sam szejk najlepszy jaki piłem w życiu, pistacja, lodowaty, gęsty pyszny.Powtórzylismy wizytę w Berlinie ale tam banan z czekoladą już taki dobry nie był. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €1–10

There was only one cashier working when yours truly entered. Five customers were in front of me and then seven entered behind me before my arrival to the counter. Onur, if that’s her name, greeted everyone with a smile and thanked us for waiting. There was a challenge with two of the registers as they were only configured to accept cash payments. When she addressed this to the manager on duty, he waved over an employee from the food prep/packaging station. The same challenges occurred for the guest before me, who was then served by Onur and then, it happened with me. Onur completed my transaction with a smile. Yours truly was quite impressed with her professionalism and pleasantness! The manager on duty, appeared to be from the regions of Pakistan, India or Sri Lanka, was more concerned with meeting someone from the outside than staying to insure that the paying guests were served in a timely fashion. Yes, this is an American restaurant operating in a nation where customer service is not the main focus but, as an expat, I have standards and he needs to be retrained and/or removed. By the way, the food was even more amazing than my last experience in California! Meat quality and the Cajun fries were amazing! Thank you so much for opening one near me in Köln! Please let Onur and her teammates know that what they collectively provided, sans management, was a chef’s kiss in excellence! By the way, they will either need an intercom so that guests can properly hear their order numbers or lower the music playing in the room! Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ok, it's a 5 guys, I do like how most 5 guys in Europe are two stories (or at least most of Germany). But, the burger was missing the smash burger cripy edge, you aren't getting that caramelization that you should be getting when you smash it at this location. May e just because it's a Wednesday? Not sure. Otherwise, everything else is good. Fries could maybe go another 30 seconds for a little bit more crisp/crunch. Also, the music was crazy loud, like we had trouble talking to each other. Price per person: €10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
