First time in Five Guys. Burger was somehow cold and a bit messy to eat. Also it took way too much time to get my order since there wasn't any rush going on. Bonus points for the refill cup. Cajun fries were excellent! Though I don't get it why you fill up the cup with fries and basically throw another cup in the bag here and there mess Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My first ever five guys! Wanted to see what the fuss was about from people raving about their chips but I was dissapointed. You get more than other fast food places but the quality is cetainly no better. I would rather have less and better quality ones. The burger was better than a M or BK burger but for the price paid rather go elsewhere. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
