Hi Anna, thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that cups are rinsed with hot water before serving drinks to ensure they are brought up to temperature and help keep hot drinks hotter for longer. This is a normal practice in many cafés and does not replace our cleaning procedures or hygiene standards. We are proud to consistently maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating, and cleanliness and food safety remain extremely important to us at all times. We also respectfully disagree with the comments regarding copying other businesses. Our menu and specials are created independently, and we take pride in the work and ideas we develop as a small independent business. We also feel it is inappropriate for a review of one small business to promote another competing café, particularly where there may be a personal or professional connection involved. We believe reviews should remain fair, balanced and focused on genuine customer experience.
