If I could give 100 stars I would! The creativity, passion and expertise that go into Katie’s food is second to none. I have enjoyed her breakfasts previously which were exceptional and she recently created a range of sweet and savoury health food canapés for our business event. The whole process from ordering to delivery was seamless and the food was absolutely incredible, tasty, nutritious and beautiful. Everyone who attended commented on how much they enjoyed the food. We can wait to order again! Thank you so much!

Fed up cooking for 1, I tend to do repetitious meals that I like but are not nutritionally balanced. Keen to ensure that I am taking good care of my health as I age, I approached FOZ. Having breakfast and lunch from FOZ I know I'm getting all my nutrients balanced over the week in an interesting and seasonal way. I thoroughly enjoy having meals prepared and delivered to me that I know are doing me good and are not ultra processed or contain additives. I am eating such a wide variety of ingredients, quinoa, chia seeds, chickpeas, wild garlic, all things that my husband and children never tasted when I was cooking 30 years ago! Having less obligatory cooking and sampling the FOZ dishes makes my cooking at the weekend more enjoyable and adventurous!

I have been with Zeus about 8 months now & When I say it’s been a life changer I’m not exaggerating. No more guessing what I’m going to be eating, cooking bad home meals myself and having one less thing to worry about. Secondly being with Katie & the team at Zeus has allowed me to really dial in my fitness goals and keep to a healthy, balanced food plan loosing roughly 25kg of weight! which I could not have done on my own. Another bonus to being on Zeus’s plan is having our regular Friday check-ins which has kept me honest and on track. Being able to tweak my meal plan and customize it to me and my own likes and needs has been refreshing. Food Of Zeus’s consistency and quality has not diminished once across all my meals and if anything, they are only getting better! I will defiantly for the foreseeable future being staying with Food Of Zeus. -D
