This review in NO WAY is a reflection on the lovely ladies who serve in this establishment. I come to Swanage around 5 times a year for work but from Cornwallthe new scheme you have no introduced to replace your loyalty card scheme where by you now collect 9 stamps then just get 10% off on the 10th transaction and not even a free coffee is obsurd! An insult to your pensioner locals who from what I hear have been very loyal. I as a visitor am not to worried but what a POOR thing to do to people who are loyal to you and what for to make a bit of extra money out of the trade you get. Seriously! Does that mean your lovely staff get a pay rise out of that extra money you make??? I very much doubt it. I’ve seen this with locals in Cornwall and we boycotted so many places who didn’t reward locals who live there but put them in the same bracket as people on holiday. Disgusting: really think you need to rethink your priorities and remember those who make your business tic and those who enable it to keep going.

Absolutely disgusting!! Wife goes in to get the little ones an ice cream cone each. Tiny little cone with one scoop of ice cream out of a tub. You would expect a fiver in total, but no £9!!! Day light robery. Owners you be ashamed and make customers more aware of the extortionate prices!!
