I ordered catering and was so pleased with everything! The menu offerings, customer service and prices; everything was made fresh that day, there were no delays, the whole process was just so easy and made planning for our event so much easier.

Yesterday afternoon I purchased the bag of cherries. It was just over 19 dollars. I got home and dumped the bag into my collender to rinse them and the cherries in the middle of the bag were covered in mold. So I brought them back and spoke to a guy in produce and he told me to go to customer service and they will refund you or take a bag with you and they will exchange it. I wanted the cherries as I eat a bowl of fruit every day. The young girl said she would have to weigh the new full bag and charge me the difference which was $2.26 I said there is nothing for my time and gas and inconvenience. She said she pays for her gas and doesn't want to pay for mine. But $2.26 please I should have asked for a manager but I was running late. Is this standard practice?

I went to the Mall Road at 6pm on a Saturday night looking to buy 3 Angus strip loins. There were only 3 left on display and I was looking to see more selection to choose for our dinner. The kid behind the counter said he would ask to see if there was more. He came and said the butcher told him there was no more and I would have to come back tomorrow. Isn't that disappointing there was no more or they didn't want to open another package?
