Been ordering for years and told tonight driver can’t find me and told me order for completely different address. Are u scamming customers?

The order went to address that was on the slip from just eat and we made food and sent it to address on order then tried to contact you and got no reply so we lost as we made the food and it went to waste, we do our best to get all order to our customers but there are problems when we cant contact them.

Absolutely lovely people, well prepared food and tastes great. Food always arrives hot. Unfortunately, they always seem to be late. I don’t drive so i always use delivery, just for the convenience. My recent order was 55 mins later than the intended delivery time. No correspondence from Fortune Kitchen, i had to phone for an update. I'd waited 2 hours from placing the order to it arriving at my door. If you are 2 hours from driving home, order it now and you will probably beat the delivery there. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
