Went here for a few drinks with friends and this place was nice. The inside was busy but aesthetically looked really appealing, and the toilets were spacious and clean even late at night when we went, which was shocking if I'm honest. It took a few minutes of looking around to get a seat, but once we say down we were there for a few hours. Drinks were good and vibes were pretty high. Really appreciate the amount of security walking around as well, made me feel really safe and I saw them actively patrolling, helping people around and turning away anti-social behaviour people. Was a really great experience for one of my first nights going out for drinks. Would definitely go again. Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Atmosphere: 5

My favourite coffee place in Sheffield, and its latte is especially outstanding to me. The person in charge is also wonderful and very friendly. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely shocking - place must have really gone down hill in recent years. Came in for Friday lunch, table not cleared, ages for someone to come and take our order. When the food came, fries were dry and lukewarm, salmon fishcakes were very dry. This is not really my issue, it's the next bit that has got to me. When we came to pay, the waitress pressed a button on the card machine which made the lid come off as the receipt was printing. The waitress disappeared for a while and when she came back we were told that the transaction did not go through and we would have to put the transaction through again. We asked for the void receipt but were told nothing had printed. We asked whether they were sure we had not already been charged. After speaking to one of the managers, we were told 'This happens all the time' and that ' I guarantee you that you won't have been charged'. We put the details in again just to get out of the place, completely exasperated. Lo and behold, when I checked the statement, I had been charged twice. Three phone calls later and emails where I have sent over copies of the statement showing that the payment was taken twice and they are refusing to refund the money. I was advised to speak to my bank who confirmed that I have indeed been charged twice but this is not good enough for Forum Sheffield. Inept, incompetent, frustrating, non-existent customer service. Would give no stars if I could. Yours, one truly brassed-off customer.
