What a super afternoon! Totally Fabulous food, wonderful scenery and a superbly ran, very efficient pub/restaurant with super friendly staff. Toni and Ruby were such wonderful servers - nothing was too much trouble, they only added to our super experience - both are a real asset to the beautiful restaurant. We started with 4 very large and fresh oysters which were simply seasoned with fresh shallots, lemon juice and Tabasco - absolutely STUNNING!! The Sunday roast, was probably the best I’ve ever had when out dining. The confit Roast potatoes were to die for my lord, nothing ive ever had has come close. The roast beef was so soft and tender, it melted in the mouth like fillet steak, with lashings of rich and silky gravy. Super sweet carrots and wonderful red cabbage. We finished with the chocolate Terrine, which was a super rich and indulgent chocolate ganache with crème fraiche and was utterly sublime. The Foxham is most definitely going to be Our new favourite treat spot we can’t wait to try the seafood special!! Service: 5

Outstanding lunch today. Delightful countryside location & peaceful. Service was so friendly & attentive. Pimms was perfect. Prawn starter delicious but the lobster mains were the winners. Delicious & I highly recommend Service: 5

What a delight to get beautifully cooked seafood in such a remote setting. The welcome and service was excellent and the chef specially prepared an alterative vegetarian meal for my partner as their was only one vegetarian option. The scallops and seabass were cooked to perfection. This place is a real find and is highly recommended. Service: 5
