We visited on Aug 21st in the evening. Wonderful place out just outside the gates of Riding mountain park. We tried an assortment of their foods. The wife and son tried the chicken chowder soup. They found it delicious. I had tried the Beer mac n Cheese and my wife had the linguine alfredo. Both of us did not enjoy it at all and could only stomach 2 bites each. The mac n cheese seemed dry while the linquine was overly saturated, almost drowning in the sauce. My wife had some "grilled chicken" added but it was rubbery like it was initially boiled. We also ordered 2 pizzas, the Margherita and the Meat Lovers. The quality of the pizza was really good. This erased any negatives the other two dishes had created. Its a shame they didnt open earlier in the day, would have definitely purchased more the next day before leaving the park. The drinks were also well made here. The server we had was very attentive and understanding, bless her soul hope she continues to be there next year or on to greater things if not. Definitely looking forward to our next visit next year when they open again. Best pizza spot in Wasagaming. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $20–30

On Sunday friends and I decided to go for breakfast at the Foxtail Cafe. We stopped at the Victor Abe location first only to find that they do not serve breakfast there, which was fine as we have a park pass anyway. We then went to the Clear Lake location. After waiting about ten minutes we were told that even though there were tables available we would not be seated as the kitchen was so far behind. The wait would be about 20 minutes. After waiting we were helped to our table. While waiting for our meals my husband asked for a coffee refill and was ignored, same thing when they brought our meals. After we were served we did not see a server again. When it came time to pay the girl cleaning the table next to us said that they would come to us for payment. After waiting about 10 minutes one of the girls looked at us and said "oh, did you need a machine or something?" $59 for three breakfasts and no service at all! - will not be going back
