I visited on Friday, The hostess was dismissive and unapologetic about our 45-minute wait, after one costumer service girl asked me order number and after I received i comfered order then after new customer service boy asked me again like you have two order even though I have just one order and I deal with it already with another staff member. The staff was inattentive and clearly had a poor attitude when we asked for water refills. To make matters worse, they got our bill wrong and overcharged us. I won't be returning." Please take care of it and take action on it specially new staff customer cervjce boy at franzos ilford lane Every time when we visited to collect the order that person attitude was very highly disappointed like he was the owner of the restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £100+ Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: New runner boy at franzos behavior vary bad and disrespectful with rider every time so please take action on it Dietary restrictions: No sure Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Parking is unavailable
