I have ordered from here several times and the food has been quite good. This time round, I found a short, black hair in my food, which couldn’t have been mine as I have long, curly, bleached hair. I contacted Deliveroo however they were unable to do anything as the decision ultimately sits with the restaurant. They refused to compensate me for food that I paid for but could not even eat a quarter of. If you’re considering ordering, just avoid - you don’t know what nasty surprises could come with your food. I visited on Friday, The hostess was dismissive and unapologetic about our 45-minute wait, after one costumer service girl asked me order number and after I received i comfered order then after new customer service boy asked me again like you have two order even though I have just one order and I deal with it already with another staff member. The staff was inattentive and clearly had a poor attitude when we asked for water refills. To make matters worse, they got our bill wrong and overcharged us. I won't be returning."
