We've been eating at Freddie's for years! And yesterday my father received a Donair with sauce that was not made properly and very watery. (The donair sauce is what makes and sells them!!) When he called to complain, the person who talked with him kindly offered for him to come back, give his number and they would give a free donair to compensate for this mistake, we were going to do that this evening, while also ordering more food to provide a bigger sale, however, when he called to order ahead, the new person on the phone was very rude to him, and instantly angry before my father even started to explain, he had us on hold for awhile and said that they would not be giving him the donair. After years of being loyal customers, we will no longer be returning to this location. It is not the same, and you can tell with the product and customer service and cleanliness of the resturaunt. If you're craving proper east coast donairs go to the ORIGINAL Freddie's who still owns the one on mountain road!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
