I ordered from the other branch but apparently these are made fresh on this branch. This is what I had delivered to me via Uber eats and offered no sort of help or replacement. Not coming again. And will be reporting. Edit: in response to you, as mentioned a lady from Worcester park branch said these are made in fresh in this branch. She also mentioned no manager was available to discuss the matter in the Worcester park branch as they were here. I was not compensated or helped by Fresco at all, after weeks of raising this with Uber eats they eventually refunded the item. I will not remove this review as who knows who you could put at risk. I was lucky to find the mould underneath the cheesecakes as I saw green bits when I nearly took a bite of the cheesecake. Our neighbor who has been a big fan of this business for awhile got verbally abused by staff today. It is very shocking that they would treat customers so disrespectfully. We always had an impression that we got judged based on the value of our bill. This theory is now being proven to be true. Why would we want to spend our money in a shop that doesn't treat all customers equally?! Don't recommend.

We come here occasionally because our friend recommended it many times since our move to Wallington. Cannot believe she was abused verbally by staff this evening (got told she's not welcome). Service here is always hit-or-miss anyways so we won't be visiting again either.
