I’ve been coming to this Freshii location once or twice a week, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, delicious, and you leave feeling great after eating here. I especially want to recognize Mani, who goes above and beyond every time I come in. She is always incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and she makes sure everything is prepared correctly and that there are no issues with my order. Her customer service truly stands out and makes every visit a great experience. I highly recommend this Freshii location. The food is excellent, the service is consistently great, and Mani is a big part of what makes this location so enjoyable. You definitely won’t regret coming here! Terrible customer service.. absolutely the worst. My mum order a bowl and asked for 5 black pepper packets. She then put it on her food and then realized that the lady gave her 2 salt. She has high blood pressure so she couldn't eat the food. Spoke with the lady who made the bowl and gave her the pepper thinking she would give a genuine apology and offer make and new bowl as this one was not edible. However she just shrugged it off like it was not her problem. Won't be returning Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
