Terrible experience. Terrible food. Terrible service. Don’t go here. - Overcharged me for my food (gave me an 8oz soup instead of the 16 oz I paid for) - Don't have proper soup containers for 16oz sizing, offered either a non-heat safe giant plastic container or a non-waterproof cardboard dish - Didn't know how to make what I ordered, no line recipes available - Terrible customer service from Freshii head office (see below) UPDATE: I actually did send my feedback to the email shown below in the response from the owner. Nothing was resolved, they offered me "3000 Freshii points." I declined and told them I was hoping for them to address my specific feedback. Instead they didn't respond and just closed the ticket. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
