Since I walked in, the two girls were giving me side eyes the whole time I took a mango tropical smoothie. Got served and then boom, it doesn't taste like mango, or neither a mix of fruit smoothie, it tastes Bananas, just bananas. When I said it to a girl there, she said that they put bananas in it and walked away which is logical but madam that's not a banana smoothie haha it should taste like fruits mixed together. Anyway it was my 1st time and last of course. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I am posting this review regarding the Freshii branch located at 5650 Yonge St, North York. As a delivery driver, I picked up an order from this location last night. The paper bag they used for packaging was extremely low quality. After walking approximately forty steps away from the restaurant, the bag began tearing apart. Since it was close to the building’s closing time, returning to the restaurant was no longer possible, so I had no choice but to carry the order very carefully all the way to the customer. This kind of packaging failure creates a serious issue. When a delivery bag is torn, it gives the customer the impression that the driver may have tampered with the food, which is absolutely not the case. The problem clearly originates from the restaurant’s decision to use very cheap, low-quality paper bags, presumably to reduce costs. This creates unnecessary risk and stress for delivery drivers and negatively affects customer perception. If giving zero stars were an option, I would seriously consider it due to the unacceptable packaging quality at this location. I am aware that the owner or manager will likely respond with justifications, but this does not change the fact that the packaging quality is far below an acceptable standard. Service: 1
