I had a very pleasant dinner this evening thanks to the exceptionally kind service from Manager Raman at this Freshslice Pizza location, which I visited for the first time today. Whenever I choose pizza for dinner, I often visit Freshslice Pizza locations, but this store was noticeably friendlier and more welcoming than other Freshslice locations I have visited in different areas. When customers are paying the same price, most people naturally choose a restaurant that offers better quality, larger portions, and better service. What impressed me most was that Manager Raman, even though he is not the owner, truly cared about not disappointing customers. He went out of his way to understand what I wanted, even calling the owner to try to price match and provide the service I was hoping for. He made every effort to help, and in the end, he made it happen. This store is actually very close to my home, but because it was just a neighborhood location, I had never really chosen to visit it before. However, after today’s experience with Manager Raman, I genuinely feel like coming back again and again. I would like to sincerely thank Manager Raman and the owner once again for the outstanding kindness and excellent customer service. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
