This is honestly the most disappointing and poorly handled Freshslice experience I’ve ever had. Today’s pizza was absolutely terrible — the sauces I specifically ordered and paid for were missing, the pizza was burnt and badly prepared, the seasoning was excessive, the box was dirty, and the taste was so bad that I couldn’t even finish it and had to throw it away. Paying $25.98 for food that ends up in the garbage is beyond disappointing. And the customer service at this branch is somehow even worse. Two weeks ago I had another issue, and on a previous order I paid for a drink that was never given to me. When I called, the woman answering the phone was extremely dismissive and told me she “didn’t care much for a small drink.” A customer paid for that drink. It doesn’t matter whether it costs $1 or $100 — that attitude is completely unacceptable. I even called again afterward and couldn’t get anyone to answer. I used to regularly order here after my night shifts because I genuinely liked Freshslice. Now I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone. When a location repeatedly gets orders wrong, serves terrible-quality food, and then treats customers like they are an annoyance for complaining, there is absolutely no reason to keep giving it your money. Save yourself the disappointment and order somewhere else. This branch seriously needs to get its food quality and customer service under control.
