POOR POOR POOR! We are regular customers so VERY disappointed! We ordered a family chicken meal, only to receive wings which were pink! I phoned them up to express my concern and I was told that they were frozen so they put them in water before cooking them! He tried telling me they were fine as he had tried one before sending them out! He offered us a refund but I paid cash on delivery so they said they would send out some pieces of chicken to replace the wings! We did not recieve these! I'm so unhappy about the service I recieved, no apology just trying to defend and assure me they are OK! When they really weren't. Food: 1 Service: 1
