food was fresh and chips were very hot! i could tell they were cooked as i was there. the burger had a nice burger sauce and cheese and the spicy chicken wings tasted just how i wanted but were less juicy than the other menu options. the one piece chicken was also nice and juicy, however slightly too salty for my liking. but together with the chips it was perfect. the man serving me was very nice and thanked me for my patience. surprised there weren't more customers! would give 4.5/5 if possible! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I am pleasantly welcomed each and every time I step into Frydays! I am a fan of chicken wings and find that Frydays’ servings are plentiful in terms of meat and uniquely spiced. Often having half of my portions with their BBQ wings, equally as delightful which I regularly enjoy. A fine establishment and a better alternative to anywhere else. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Under new management and Honestly, 10 out of 10! They have what I would call proper chicken. The owner, Raj, confirmed that he buys quality chickens, cuts them into portions, and uses his own 'secret' recipe of herbs and spices to coat the chicken pieces. Fry Days also do the most amazing BBQ Ribs! and Hot Wings. Their burgers are amazing, 6oz of actual beef steak. Honestly, it's a real gem of a find in Vicarage Road, Watford. Did I mention they do Breaded Cod and Haddock Fish and Chips, also amazing. It's the small touches, too, e.g. being asked if you want a slice of lemon and Tartare sauce with the fish. Oh, and don't forget they offer a Ribeye Steak wrap. The place is just wonderful and Highly Recommended. I even have it as a destination on my satnav.
