We had such a lovely experience at Funvilla! The place is vibrant, clean, and perfect for kids to have a great time. A special thank you to Malaika, who was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. She went out of her way to offer a slice of cake for my daughter when she found out it was her birthday, which truly made the day extra special for us. It’s little gestures like these that make a big difference. Highly recommend Funvilla for families looking for a fun and welcoming place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

It was our first time there, and it was suprisingly not too busy. Tons of activities to stimulate little minds and bodies, and big bodies too. Lol I had fun jumping on the trampoline and running around as much as my 4 year old. Lots of big open space for kids of all ages. I only wish the aarcade games were a simple debit 'tap' option, rather than the hassle of buying tickets and loading up a 'credit card'. Otherwise, we had a blast and will be going again in the future.

Very, very BAD customers service and BIG LIAR SYED ! People be careful when booking birthday parties in Funvilla Kitchener . This place is not like use to be nice and clean it’s very dirty place. I would suggest to AVOID this place . Last 4 years I was always booked Funvilla Kitchener for my kid birthday party I was very happy with this place. This year a booked a month advance for October 19. The name of person who worked that day was Syed . I asked to reserve room and entries for 7 kids included birthday kid. He told that cost $160 , but that day have promotions and he said that If I paid $20 extra I could get 10 entries for kids. So I asked SYED what is that mean and he explained this words: “ if you have 7 kids on birthday party , you still have left three entries, that’s mean you can bring you kid three more times for play in Funvilla”. Today when I came to Funvilla carrying my kid’s birthday cake and food , they told me that I paid only for room not for entries. I showed receipt as proof of purchase . The person who worked there call SYED couple times on phone and he didn’t answer. I was waiting until SYED unswerving on the phone .I told him that I am waiting go in the party room with my guests and people who works on customer service told me that ENTRIES ARE NOT PAID ! SYED said to me on the phone that he never told me about entries and he told me over the phone that I was lying. I suppose to be in the party room at 3 pm but after I paid AGAIN entries they let me in the party room at 3:30 pm , my kid’s cake was melted because of very BAD Organized employee and SYED who works in Funvilla Kitchener.
