Third visit and it just keeps delivering — this is the real deal. By now I've tried enough of the menu to say this with confidence: the pizza here is consistently excellent, not a one-off good night. The dough has that perfect balance — thin and crisp at the base, but with a light, airy cornicione that still has some chew to it. You can tell the fermentation is done right. This time I had the quattro stagioni, and every quarter delivered — nothing felt like filler. The olives were briny and well-placed, the toppings were fresh, and the balance between them was spot on rather than one flavor drowning out the rest. Toppings are never overloaded, and the tomato sauce has a bright, slightly sweet flavor rather than tasting like it came from a can. What keeps me coming back is the consistency. A lot of places nail it once and then disappoint — this one has been spot on all three times. Only regret: not ordering a bigger one. If you're in the area and want proper pizza, this is the place.
