Medium Rare serves up the best smash burgers in town. The patties have that perfect crispy edge, the buns are soft and buttery, and the sauce is incredible. My go-to is the Le Smash Original. The food here is usually good, but the portion size has decreased significantly. Compared to before, it feels like it’s only about half the size now. The quality is still decent, but the much smaller portions are very disappointing and don’t offer the same value for the price. Price per person: $10–20

I recently tried Ghost by Medium Rare, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience! The Encounter Burger was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such quality both in food and service.
