Honestly... I wouldn't come back here. The place was completely empty from when I arrived to when I left, and now I can see why. I couldn't immeadiately tell who was working there, who was waiting for food, and who was just killing time. The food was... alright (nothing better or worse than any other pho place) but WAY too overpriced for the the portion sizes for simple noodle soup. I ordered a large bowl for $17 and it was probably the size of a small bowl at any other Vietnamese restaurant I've been to. They even charged me $3 for a simple cup of water. The shrimp salad roles were good, about par with most other salad rolls I've had. The only distinction I was able to notice was that they used a rounder, thicker noodle than the standard pho noodle. It didnt subtract from the experience, but it didnt add anything either. Personally, the price was just a bit too much for an entirely forgettable experience that I will not be repeating anytime soon. Just sat down to order some pho and got my tea, finished looking at the menu and put it down, proceeded to make eye contact with the waiter and raised my hand just to watch the waiter ignore me for 20 mins and take 3 people's orders who walked in after me. Funny, I was the only white person in the establishment. Seems pretty racist to me.

GT II Express is my regular go-to for a quick and satisfying pho fix. Tried the Bún bò Huế, not the traditional version, but the absence of pork blood and pork knuckles suits my taste. Broth was a bit oily, but still flavorful. Opted for pho noodles instead of thick vermicelli. Rice dishes are decent. Overall, a reliable spot, stick to the regular pho for a consistently satisfying meal without leaving you overly thirsty.
