I visited this location on August 6 at around 9:00 p.m. with a friend. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. I am South Asian, and throughout our visit I felt that we were treated differently and with a lack of respect. Before being seated, we asked to use the restroom. Although I clearly explained that we intended to dine there, the server gave us rude glares that made us feel as though she assumed we were only there to use the facilities. When we asked for a table, she told us to “sit anywhere.” After we were seated, she tossed the menus onto our table instead of handing them to us. She then went outside to socialize with friends who were standing on the patio smoking while she was supposed to be serving customers. When I asked about the vegetarian options on the menu, she laughed at my question and walked away without answering. I found this to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable dining experience. I hope management looks into this matter and ensures that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background.
