Visited last week, food and location were very good but the service was terrrible. We had to ask after an hour for our order to be taken although we had poppadums to start. Mains arrived at different times and we had to ask for extra drinks, no one came to the table until we requested the bill. Will not visit again. I visited Ganges Indian Restaurant yesterday with a group , and overall the experience was good. The staff managed our large group well, and most of the service was smooth and friendly. The food was enjoyable, especially the main dishes — flavourful, fresh, and nicely presented. However, some of the side dishes weren’t as good as expected, and could use a bit more attention. Also, one of the waiters was talking a bit too much, which made the service feel slightly distracting at times.Even with these small issues, our group still had a pleasant meal. The atmosphere was warm, and the restaurant handled a big table without any major problems. Overall, it was a good visit, and with a few improvements, it could be even better.
