Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your lunch fell short of expectations, particularly given the price and the experience you anticipated at The George. We’re concerned to hear your comments about the salads and coleslaw being served hot, as well as the portion and quality of the steak sandwich, buttermilk chicken and fish tacos. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. We’re also disappointed that you felt your concerns were not properly acknowledged by the team at the time. We absolutely expect our staff to listen and respond appropriately when a guest raises an issue. We’re pleased to hear that the pizza was enjoyed, but we appreciate that this doesn’t make up for the other dishes. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant team so we can look into what happened and address it.
