Ginger Garlic Nepalese Cuisine is hands down one of my favorite hidden gems in Regina! Every time I dine there, I make sure to grab some takeout for later because their food is just that good. Their butter chicken? Absolutely next level. After trying it here, I honestly don’t want to eat it anywhere else. The flavors are rich, the sauce is perfectly creamy, and it just melts in your mouth. And don’t even get me started on the chili eggplant—it’s beyond good! I can never get enough of it. The grilled skewered chicken is another must-try—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Beyond the amazing food, the staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet. They’re always welcoming and make you feel right at home. The owner, too, is super kind and really takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out.
