I had a great experience at Gino’s Pizza thanks to Minal. She was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. The pizza was fresh, delicious, and prepared exactly how I wanted it. Her excellent customer service made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Decided to try Gino's pizza Simcoe location tonight. Sadly we were not impressed at all. Not sure if it was an off night or if this is the normal. The bottom pizza crust was extremely hard and almost non chewable ( not burnt ) just extremely hard and tough. There wasn't enough pizza sauce ( maybe the crust sucked the life outta the pizza sauce ), and very minimal cheese. Very unfortunate as we had high hopes for this new pizza place as other Gino locations we've tried were amazing. Maybe this store cuts corners or quality to save a buck ? Food: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
