Extremely disappointing experience, and even worse customer service afterward. My Uber Eats order arrived without following the instructions I provided, and they didn’t even include basic things like napkins. I left an honest negative review on Uber Eats based on my experience. Instead of apologizing or trying to address the issue, the restaurant responded: “U got 2 shawarma for 12$ and ur complaining about napkins u ungrateful f.”. First of all, my receipt shows that I paid $24.20, not $12. But even if I had paid $12, that is completely irrelevant. A promotion offered by the restaurant does not give them the right to ignore a customer's order instructions, provide poor service, or insult the customer afterward. Calling a paying customer “ungrateful” because they complained about an incorrectly handled order is incredibly unprofessional. If a restaurant chooses to offer discounts or promotions, that's their business decision — customers shouldn't be expected to accept worse service because of it. Mistakes happen, and I normally understand that. What earned this business a 1-star review is the way they chose to respond instead of simply acknowledging the problem. Based on this experience and the way they communicate with customers who complain, I will not order from GoTango again. I have screenshots of both their response and my receipt showing exactly what was paid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Food was very tasty, however we ordered from Door Dash and photo was not the same as what we received. Their photo for chicken shawarma with a little bit of salad and babaganouch. We received rice with chicken on top. The sauce lids had come off so it was all over the containers and what didn't was very minimal . The restaurant should insist the photos be accurate. My son was very disappointed as he loves garlic sauce and there really was none left to put on food.
