Thank you for your feedback, and we're really pleased to hear you enjoyed the food. We're very sorry about the 90-minute wait and completely understand how frustrating that must have been. Unfortunately, the branch that prepares your order is determined by the delivery platform, and in some cases they route orders to a different location based on their own operational needs, even if there's a closer restaurant available. That said, we appreciate that this doesn't make the experience any less disappointing. If you ordered through Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or Just Eat, refunds and compensation are handled directly by the platform, but we'd still like to understand what happened. If you could contact us with your order details, we'll investigate it with the branch and do everything we can to help prevent it from happening again. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide the experience we're known for.
