Absolutely amazing customer service! I mentioned in the notes on my order that the fish was quite hard the last time I ordered. Not only did they make sure the fish was perfect this time, but they also included an extra piece of fish and a free bottle of Pepsi with a lovely handwritten note. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely listens to customer feedback and goes above and beyond to make things right. The food was delicious and the kindness shown was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much – you’ve definitely gained a loyal customer! Price per person: £20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
