I've been coming to Golden House for a while now, and it's genuinely one of the best Chinese takeaways around. The food is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavour – no greasy, overcooked nonsense here. The sesame chicken is absolutely delicious, and the portions are huge; one meal easily does for two . The walnut shrimp is another standout – crispy batter, perfectly cooked shrimp, and that sweet, tangy sauce is just right . What really makes this place special is the service. Ming, the owner, is sweet as can be, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly . They remember you, they're happy to chat, and they go out of their way to make sure everything's right . Even when they're packed, they keep things moving and never make you feel rushed . It's a small, no-frills spot in a strip mall, but don't let that put you off.
