Shockingly bad and overpriced the chips had no flavour to them and the fish was rock hard AVOID this excuse of a chip shop as they haven't a clue how to cook fish and chips Price per person: £10–20

This place use to be spot on. The place is verging on disgrace now. A shadow of it's former self. Was the best in town but now unfortunately. A waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Called into The Golden Kitchen on Saturday, in the past I was impressed with the quality of the food. However, on Saturday I asked for light batter on the three fish potions but after a thirty minute wait the batter was anything but light (the small fish was practically all batter), all the fish was dry and overcooked and very greasy (as were the chips). Will not be going back, a waste of £35, a big disappointment. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
