This was my first time ordering from Golden restaurant in Arborg and it will be the last. The worst Chinese take out I have ever had, so much that I needed to do this review! I picked up my order after 5, and i was on time for pick up. I swear i got the leftovers from the buffet , if there was a buffet in on . Food was not fresh and no flavour. The broccoli and beef , soggy veggies and tasteless meat ! I order s&s ribs , very disappointing . Breaded and processed meat , with overly vinegar sauce . Overall the food was warm and dry, I threw it out , total waste of funds. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1

Crazy good. Takeout was affordable, delicious, and ready in a shocking amount of time considering the size of the group. (Pre covid). They added in a huge amount of Consomme soup for a very reasonable price. Every time I've been there everyone is very happy and friendly, and dangit I wish they would open again at least for takeout. It's the quintessential Chinese Restaurant.
