The worst chinese ever, we ordered a chicken chow mein which was grey and smelt vile. We also ordered sweet and sour chicken cantonese style, which was clearly warmed in a microwave as it was soggy and wet. The salt and pepper chips were even nasty! It all went in the bin, where i think it had came out of to begin with. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

This was on the 28/03/26 I was told to collect in 15 mins got there and I had to wait 30 mins later. The staff were very unorganised and didn’t seem to have any system in place. Once I got my food it was cold , and tasted horrible, the chicken balls we’re tasteless and overcooked with chewy chicken, the rice was all stuck together and congealed , chicken curry went straight in to the bin and the beef dish was 5/10 they only saving grace was the spring rolls. Also to top it off when I got there the price had risen from Online by 8 pounds. I will be contacting them today and I will be getting my money back fingers crossed . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

What a heap of rubbish.!!! Tasted vile.. We nearly brought it all back , but we had waited nearly an hour, after pre ordering.!!! NEVER WILL WE USE GOLDEN POOL AGAIN.!! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
