Very disappointed with our experience ordering from Golden Palace. We placed a large family meal order and were told it would be delivered. After waiting 2 hours, the food still hadn’t arrived. We repeatedly called the restaurant and were continually told that the driver was on the way. After more than 2 hours of waiting, we then received a phone call claiming that the driver had tried to contact us. However, we had no missed calls and no attempt had been made to reach us. By this point, our family meal had still not arrived. Poor communication, long waiting times, and being given conflicting information made for a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering from here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery Price per person: £40–50
