Ordered via uber eats. Said preparing, then on its way, etc. Then received a separate notification 90 mins later claiming the order was cancelled due to being outside their delivery area. By which time it is very late and options for other restaurants are very limited. Phoned to ask what happened, called 3 times each time no answer, called 4th time and said "line busy" proceeded to reattempt periodically, seems the phone was taken off the hook. Abysmal customer service. No problem being outside of your delivery area, especially in current severe weather conditions, but at the very least tell us within a reasonable time of us placing our order so that we can proceed to look elsewhere. Will not return, cannot comment on food quality but if you're expecting clear and open communication from the people taking your money, then this isn't the place. Would give 0 stars if I could, a disgrace of an establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

very bad service they just pick order from uber eats and after waiting 1.5hr at delivery time they suddenly cancel order by there-self do not order from here everyone.
