Good Chef is amazing, it's the first place I've orderd from in years where the prawn toast actually looks and tastes like prawn and everything else has been great quality too without corners being cut and having tried a few places since I moved to the area I only ever order from here now. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section Vegetarian options: Excellent value for adding on things like beansprouts and quite a few options like spicy aubergine and other things.

I had a really great experience at Good Chef Chinese Restaurant, and I honestly can’t stop thinking about the black bean chicken. From the moment the food arrived at the table, everything looked and smelled fresh and comforting exactly what you hope for when you’re craving good Chinese food. The black bean chicken was the clear standout. The chicken was cooked perfectly tender, juicy, and not overdone, which can be surprisingly hard to find.
