Very nice place, everyone should come try it! I wish I was staying in Edinburgh longer so I could come back and try their meal deals, they have a few different deals. I had the HK milk tea, milk toast, and pineapple bun, all were very good, although the milk tea is more of the sweet kind. The wait was a bit long, but I enjoyed the atmosphere and watched the TV. Servers were exceptionally nice and attentive! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

We were looking for a truly “non-touristy” place, and this restaurant exceeded all our expectations. The chef was incredibly kind and funny, and we even received a surprise dessert, which made the experience even more special. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. If we had stayed one more day, we would have definitely come back again. Highly recommended! We arrived in Edinburgh on Christmas Day after a long drive from York, and the kids were craving something warm and comforting. We weren’t sure if anything would be open, so we were relieved to find Made in Hong Kong open — and it turned out to be the perfect choice. The place wasn’t crowded, but there were a few locals enjoying their meals, and one even commented on how delicious the food was. You can immediately tell the place is authentic — the staff were speaking Cantonese, and the atmosphere felt like a true Hong Kong–style eatery. I ordered the beef stew fried rice, which came in a generous portion and was absolutely delicious. My kids all had the wonton noodle soup, and they loved it. The staff were friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. If I return to Edinburgh, I’d definitely eat here again. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
