Easily one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had, deserves more than 5 stars I am honestly very hard to please when it comes to restaurants, and I almost never leave a 5-star review. For me, customer service is just as important as the food, and I truly have nothing negative to say about this place. I found Grasso by simply walking by, I had no idea it was a TikTok-famous or hyped-up spot. I decided to give it a try and ordered the spicy vodka sauce, mozzarella sticks, and a couple of drinks. The bill was very reasonable, especially for the quality of the experience. The food was amazing, the drinks were great, but what impressed me the most was the staff. Every single person working there was busy, attentive, and doing their part to keep the operation running smoothly. You could tell there was great teamwork behind the scenes. The service never felt rushed, and everyone was professional and welcoming. The experience was so good that I actually came back the very next day. The person greeting guests at the door provided excellent service, and the two ladies working at the bar were also amazing, friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The atmosphere is fantastic: great ambiance, very clean, and a place where you genuinely enjoy spending time. I honestly wish they had a location in Los Angeles because this would easily become one of my favorite places to go. If the Grasso team ever opens in LA and needs someone, contact me, I might even apply to work there! Haha. Thank you for such a great experience. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. The staff and very friendly and the food is amazing! I’ve tried a lot of dishes and have been here many times and the flavours are always top tier! Would recommend anyone to come here!
