Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the manager (yellow hair and big glasses) I recently started doing delivery work alongside my professional career, and I was surprised by the way I was spoken to. The issue centred around my insulated delivery bag. The manager incorrectly insisted that a delivery bag must have a silver lining to be suitable for food deliveries. In reality, many insulated bags use different materials, and what matters is that they effectively maintain food temperature. I found the tone of the phone conversation unnecessarily sharp and unprofessional. I was also reported despite having an appropriate insulated bag, which felt excessive and unwarranted. I would expect staff, particularly management, to have a better understanding of delivery requirements and to treat drivers with more courtesy and respect. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
