Greggs, Mayflower Retail Park — where apparently asking for bacon with less fat requires a Level 3 qualification in customer service! My 16-year-old daughter politely asked if they could find her a piece of bacon without loads of fat. Maria was lovely and said, “Yes, I’ll have a look for you.” Then came The Bacon Police. Another lady walked past, muttered to her colleague, “Bacon is always fatty,” and proceeded to stare at my daughter like she'd just asked them to remove every pig in Essex. We know bacon has fat in it — we weren't asking for a miracle. Just a slightly less fatty piece! The attitude was completely unnecessary. Customer service really shouldn't be that difficult — smile, be polite, and remember you're serving customers, not auditioning for Grumpy Old Women! Bacon: fatty. Attitude: unnecessarily chunky. Customer service: could do with a diet. 2/5— and that's being generous. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This place is an absolute shambles!! I placed an order through just eat, waited 1 and half hours, for the store to then cancel my order because they couldn't fulfil my order!! Meaning my kids then had to wait even longer for there lunch!! Will never be buying from Greggs ever again!!!! Meal type: Lunch
