I am anna who purchase a steakbake and potato with Cup of plain hot chocolate larfe and paid £5.85 with my card and i am a regular greggs customer. I am also a greggs apps customer. I order hot chocolate but i got a coffee while i took a sip at train station. I am caffeine intolerance and lactose intolerance. I do not have a drink on biard with my foods i bough at greggs. It ruin my day. I throw the full cup of coffee away and i wish to get full refund tomorrow from this shop opposide of basingstoke tesco at festival place. It ruin my day. I had diarrhea after i swallow some of the drink thinking it was hot chocolate. I will come tomorrow to meet the manager and get the refund. The boy who serve me please train him so he can serve the custimer bettter and give the customer the correct drink. Please check the cctv and transaction for my proof of refund. Please help me to get my refund tomorrow. The management please alert and get more training for the front liner to serve the customer effectively. Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerance and caffeine intolerance.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had from Greggs, Festival Place, Basingstoke today. Never have I and my family been treated in such a rude manner by an employee named Michael. I can’t believe such an individual was hired with no manners and overall such a bad attitude. It seems like he just can’t be bothered to work there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
