The worst experience in my life in Greggs.one of the staff told me we are not giving you coffee because my bike was in front of the door(not blocking the way)very impolitely.I like Greggs coffee but Albany Road’s brunch has the worst customer service .Rude staff

Popped in today around 1ish before my gym session, the man that served me was actually polite but unfortunately the same can’t be said about the polish woman with dark hair she was extremely rude, I purchased a porridge pot and just needed to make sure I didn’t need more hot water, I was on the side away from the door and counter despite this I apologised and asked saying I can move away if I was in the way only she was abrupt and dismissive only to tell me it was takeaway only while rolling her eyes! Disgraceful behaviour first & last time I will be returning back, she needs training in customer service and how you speak to paying customers, you’ll keep losing customers with someone like that there. Can see why the place was literally swatting flies not hard to see why. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
