Needed a wee pick me up, as I waited on my wife finishing shopping. Staff very smiley and friendly. Coffee and chocolate muffin were great. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10

Been thinking about contacting Greggs about their staff. A young lad was working early morning and the way he was spoken to by the staff was really disgraceful. The lad was courteous and was doing a great job. Fed up with these places who have no idea how to keep staff morale up. It's a wonder anyone would want to work there. I hope this complaint leads to action by the area management
