I went to greggs dunstable in the quadrant today and I've got to say this is the best customer service I've had in a very long, the lady serving me was called Tracy and she was so happy and friendly, she told me about the breakfast deal and sandwiches deal and by her doing that I bought more then I went in for by the deals were to good to miss. Cleanliness was 10 out 10 too well definitely be going back.

Very clean shop always friendly staff. Only downside is late afternoon 2 staff members (women) were cleaning and one was stood on her phone doing nothing while the others were working (was black girl on phone)
